3. Design the solution

We wireframe. We talk to people. We write throwaway code. Whatever it takes to settle on a solution to the problem that has been identified.

4. Build the platform

Finally, we architect and build the solution. We focus on an initial MVP in order to move quickly. Build. Release. Monitor. Iterate.
